Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days, and it’s 2–5 business days for all production techniques
*During Sales Season allow some extra time due to high demand

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.

Please note: 

  • Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time. 
  • Fulfillment for large orders may take longer on average, but it’ll still be fulfilled within 5 business days. 
  • Our fulfillment times are an estimate.

All orders are shipped from our warehouses according to a criterion of stock, availability, and closest distance between your shipping address and the warehouse. However, in some cases, we may fulfill products from the same order in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately.

Every parcel is dispatched with a tracking number so you can always know its whereabouts - you can check the status of your order here.

Please ensure all submitted data is correct upon placing your order - we are not responsible for wrong/incomplete data such as name, shipping or billing addresses, zip code, phone number, among other missing information that may result in a failed delivery.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, such occurrences are beyond our control and may delay the estimated delivery time.

Prices on the site do not include international customs taxes and duties. All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate how much duties you may have to pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.

The courier is responsible for performing the parcel's delivery. If a parcel is considered delivered by the courier, with the appropriate delivery proof, and it hasn't been received by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to proceed with the necessary methods to ensure the merchandise is correctly delivered. Once delivered by the courier, Munch Project will not be held accountable for any missing parcels.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date.

Claims deemed an error on our part (misprinted/damaged/defective) are covered at our expense.

The return address will be provided via e-mail once your claim has been approved as an error on our part .


Please report all incorrect item(s) received within 48 hours of the delivery date with photo(s) showing your product(s) to facilitate the process.

  • Gift cards.
  • Final Sale items (identified as "Final Sale" in the product description).
  • Swimwear, for reasons of hygiene and health safety. 

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

Therefore Munch Project reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

We process our orders as fast as possible and unfortunately cannot typically make changes after an order has been placed. If you want to cancel or make any updates regarding your order please contact our Support Team at to see if a modification can be made - we cannot guarantee these requests will be successful.


Please note that if the package doesn’t reach you after you provided a wrong or incomplete address, we will not be held accountable and will not be able to offer a full refund of your order amount - the customer is responsible for providing clear and correct shipping & billing information upon placing an order.



We will process your refund to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference, within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

Once your refund is issued, please allow 4-7 days to see the refund transaction in your bank statement. If these days have passed and you still haven't got your refund please reach out to your payment method provider and liaise with them, as usually this is regarding their own processing times.

Refunds to store credit are processed as gift cards without expiry date and will be issued within 24-48 hours.
