Your shipping costs will be shown at our checkout page based on the amount of items you've added to your order and your location. Different items might have a different cost.

🍩 HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER IS SENT OUT?

Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days, and it’s 2–5 business days for all production techniques. 
*During Sales Season allow some extra time due to high demand

🍩 WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS?

Usually our flat rate shipping time takes up to 3-8 business days to be delivered. However, it can take a bit longer depending on your location.

We ship from the closest warehouse based on your location.

🍩 HOW DO YOU SHIP MY PRODUCTS?

Depending on local supply availability, packaging can be made of recycled, partially recycled, or virgin materials. Whenever needed, we use clear mailers, tissue paper, foam pouches.

The most commonly used packaging is a post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic mailer. If there’s more than one product, after putting each item in its own separate transparent polymer bag, we then place them all together in a PCR polymer mailer.

🍩 HOW DO I MAKE AN ORDER?

Just click on a product you like and add it to cart. Then follow our easy and secure checkout process.

🍩 HOW CAN I APPLY MY DISCOUNT CODE?

You can paste or type your coupon at the checkout page  - on the coupon box included in your order summary - the box is below the products you want to buy. After pasting the code click on the "Apply" button and the discount will be deducted from your purchase value.

Please note that you can only use one coupon per order since our discount coupons are not cumulative.

We currently accept Apple Pay, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and crypto payments.

All transactions are in US Dollars.

All payments made on shop.munchproject.io are secure - we use the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available) - and we do not store any of your payment information.

🍩 CAN I CHANCE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We start working on your order as soon as you submit it, therefore it's very unlikely that we are able to change or cancel it.

If your order was made in the last 24 hours, please contact us and we will do our best to make it happen.

TRACKING

🍩 HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can check the location of your order by entering your tracking number on the ORDER TRACKING page.

🍩 WHEN WILL MY TRACKING NUMBER BECOME ACTIVE?

Usually the tracking numbers will be active within 1-2 business days after the shipping confirmation email is sent. Please note that the tracking activity can suffer delays from customs and shipping processes.

RETURNS

🍩 WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received.

Claims deemed an error on our part (misprinted/damaged/defective) are covered at our expense.

🍩 DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

Sorry, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. Please always consult our size guide in order to get the correct size.

🍩 WHERE IS MY REFUND?

Once your refund is issued, please allow 4-7 days to see the refund transaction in your bank statement. If these days have passed and you still haven't got your refund please reach out to your payment method provider and liaise with them, as usually this is regarding their own processing times.
